Hi my name is Devan,

My ultimate dream job was to become a vet, but after leaving college gaining my certificate in Animal Management, I continued to work with horses alongside owning my own. Life took an unexpected turn and becoming a mother I decided going to university to study Veterinary Medicine for 10+ years was just not feasible. I started to look into other profession's still working within the animal Industry that were more suited to my lifestyle. After doing a lot of research I found this could be achieved under Veterinary approved courses. This enabled me to spend more time being a mum as well as concentrating on the areas that most appealed to me, allowing me to do what I love which is working with animals.

Reliability and Honesty -

My aim is to build a lasting relationship with my clients giving them confidence in my ability to perform to the highest of standards. I firmly believe that honesty and transparency is key to a successful business relationship and is at the forefront of UltraNow.  

 

Biosecurity & Hygiene - 

We are all aware of the impact that diseases can have amongst our stock. I operate to the highest Veterinary approved Biosecurity Practices for Livestock Farms to ensure the safety of myself and most importantly you as my customer and your valued stock. All appropriate forms must be completed on first visit. 

 

What measures I put in place -

All Equipment, Clothing, boots, Tools & vehicle's will be cleaned with a farm approved high concentrate disinfectant.

 

Waterproofs and footwear are scrubbed down after every visit and put into a sealed bag before been boiled wash at home. If I am doing more than one site visit on any given day spare footwear and waterproofs will always be brought along to eradicate any cross contamination between farms.

 

Health & Safety -

To ensure the safety of both me and your herd appropriate handling facilities should be in place. Without these measures I will be unable to carry out any given services.
